Our Goals
Cultivating an Inclusive Culture
In 2023, we named a Chief Diversity Officer and a Manager of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion dedicated to furthering DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging) at McGraw Hill. This team partners across our business to implement a strategy enabling further connection across the various DEIB stakeholders at McGraw Hill.
Attracting a Diverse Talent Pool
To ensure an inclusive candidate pool, we are updating our job requirements to reflect a variety of experiences and are expanding our candidate search to reach talent from all backgrounds.
Reducing & Eliminating Bias
We monitor each stage of our recruiting process to ensure all candidates are treated equally. Our hiring teams received training to identify and challenge our own biases.
